46M to Sunny Isles

Miami-based Key International secured a $43.1 million construction loan from Regions Bank to develop the two-tower condominium project 400 Sunny Isles.

400 Sunny Isles is a pre-construction residential complex that, upon completion, will be the first condominium in the area to place residents within walking distance of the beach, and also the first in which occupants are given their own private boat slip.

400 SUNNY ISLES will have a total 230 units across two 20-story towers. Residences will offer a variety of floor plans and will range from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Each unit will include world-class furnishings and the latest in contemporary design. Floor-to-ceiling windows will facility both natural lighting and the ocean-side view, while large walk-in closets can accommodate almost any wardrobe.

Kitchens will be eco-friendly and feature state-of-the-art energy efficient appliances such as Liebherr refrigerators, SMEG cook-tops, and Renzo Piano ovens designed by famous architect Renzo Piano. Bathrooms will have high-class European bath fixtures conceptualized by renowned designer Philippe Stark, which will aesthetic beauty and practical functionality. Units will even be fitted with an advanced touch panel that allows residents to request services, schedule events, and control home features such as temperature, blinds, sound systems, and lighting.

Additionally, 400 Sunny Isles will provide many opportunities for leisure and recreation.
